　　近日，德国银行HSH Nordbank对新加坡航运企业Rickmers Maritime下了最后通牒，后者必须在4月15日前提出一个重组计划，确保会比公司破产清算获得更高的回报率。

　　Rickmers Maritime的委托管理方Rickmers Trust Management (RTM)表示，在近期双方讨论过后，HSH Nordbank不接受Rickmers Maritime提出的债务减免和其他的条款。

　　就在本月早些时候，HSH Nordbank拒绝了Rickmers Maritime提出的重组计划，这份计划包含了在今年5月完成对公司1亿新加坡元(约合7100万美元)的资产重组。

　　因此HSH Nordbank要求Rickmers Maritime重新修订重组计划。

　　HSH Nordbank表示其可能会考虑减免现有贷款，前提是RTM必须寻求由票据持有人及其他无担保债权人大幅减免债务和筹集额外股本海运费查询上58集装箱网。

　　在今年2月份，RTM就表示，如果Rickmers Maritime寻求银行贷款再融资的计划不能成功的话，其可能不得不结束营业。
